We are B & D Pavement Maintenance, a contracting firm specializing in the care and continual up-keep (not replacement) of asphalt and concrete surfaces in the following markets: Commercial, Industrial, Municipal, Private Roads-Streets and Sub-Divisions.
We operate in the following counties: St. Louis, Franklin, Jefferson and St. Charles.
Our primary objectives are to evaluate, educate and then inform our customers as to the best “method of attack” in caring for or restoring their pavement surface.
Over the last 33 years of operation we have been able to guide our many customers through education, to choose the correct means of preventative maintenance which in turn saves money!
Many projects at first appear overwhelming when a subdivision trustee or property manager/owner calls to start the process of collecting information. “Our job is to eliminate the confusion and create a plan that takes into account the end mission or desired result…the goal becomes: what do we (the customer and the contractor) need to accomplish to save the pavement or keep it maintainable and avoid expensive replacement.”
